Other hard skills (craft, technical abilities, design) can be learned as you go and on the job. You probably already have a lot of the craft aspect already. In this creator era, everyone knows how to make a video.
But it's these other smaller things that end up becoming a huge barrier for creatives who want to work for brands.
They don't know how to articulate their ideas. And they don't know what their portfolio should look like.
