Submission privacy.

The submission form stores the resource name, public website URL, submission type, description, submission time and source site in a private review queue hosted by Cloudflare. We use this information to review suggestions and maintain the Toolbox.

No account or email address is required. Please leave out personal details and confidential project information. The form temporarily stores a daily salted hash of the network address to limit spam; the raw address is not saved in our submission database. Those hashes are cleared after seven days on the next successful submission.

Submissions remain in the editorial queue until reviewed. Accepted suggestions may inform a public listing; declined suggestions and spam can be removed during maintenance. To request removal or ask for help, contact [email protected].

Saved resources and appearance preferences stay in your browser. Newsletter subscriptions are handled separately through the embedded Kit form.
